Bad experience. Waited too long to fire him. If he sees you have a few bucks, he’s gonna clean you out. Do not hire this lawyer. You will get ripped off.

Very bad avoid if possible. Stupid me didn't fire him until after two years. Invoicing out to lunch and cannot justify his charges. Inaccurate invoicing and all talk and no action. Works well with other lawyer to rip you off and prolong your case to make his money.

Hes Fantastic!! If I could afford to retain him i would without question!! I had a couple meetings with him and he was so helpful and went out of his way to help me! would recommend for sure!

My rating sums up my short, unpleasant experience with Mr. Bachinski. Fortunately, I took action and fired him early on, but not before matters were unnecessarily escalated. Albeit requested, more than once, I was never provided with a proper accounting of my bill. If tenacity and an aggressive posture were the only requirements I was looking for in a lawyer, I suppose I could hold my nose and select Sam. However, they are not. Find someone who really takes an interest in you and your situation and at least attempts to find solutions that satisfy both parties without unnecessary posturing, extended timeframes, ongoing stress and financial burden. I ultimately did and it was rewarding. I can confidently say rewarding for both parties. I discovered this approach is what the courts want and will encourage; mediation rather than confrontation; objectivity vs subjectivity. The family laws pertinent to my case were fairly specific and thus aided in finding resolution.
