The Firm assigned this rookie Esq.& used me as the ginny pig to see how he does. He told me my case has zero value because i have told people I am a Partner. That has no bearing according to the Director of Industrial Relations or from my W/C agent "Who is required to purchase W/C Insurance" from page http://www.insurance.ca.gov/CSD/Broch.... I asked him or assistants several times for the proposed offer from the Defence (Insurance Co.)to no avail. I met him Friday 8/21/09. he stated you have no case because your telling everyone your a Partner, IT HAS NO BEARING WHAT SO EVER if I am or not. I AM COVERED PER THE 2 NOTES. I asked if offer included Medical REPLY yes, My Expense Reimbursements REPLY Yes the $60,000.00 coveres EVERYTHING THIS IS NO WHERE NEAR THE TRUTH. THE INSURANCE MUST COVER ALL MEDICAL,All Cash Expenses I Paid for & and the offer, that he says covers everything. I feel foolish,for not checking on him prior.RIVERS MORRELL 3rd di
