they never call back at all. they take yrssssssssss to settle the cases and the ppl there barely speak english

never calls back. paralegals never call back. Wait for weeks and weeks for answers. High staff turnover rate. I have had a number of different people trying to learn my case. Poor quality for 33%

Horrible communication. Caught him in all sorts off lies. Was suppose to be settled months ago and can not even get a call back. The reseptionist keeps sayin he'll call back, been months still no call, don't know what to do? Not to mention the numbers are unbelievably lower then what he promised. Like I said horrible. if I could go back i would have done more research and found a much more respectable lawyer.
