Millhorn Group set up a trust for my elderly Father to avoid the expense of probate, but then failed to fufill their feduciary responsibility by ensuring my Father fully funded his trust. When he passed, 80% of it required probate and Millhorn was set to charge a heafty fee to clear up the mess they helped create. All perfectly legal mind you. We found another attorney. Still went to probate, but for a fraction of the fee Millhorn wanted to charge us. We were also advised not to pay any of my Father's debts, no matter how small. Had we stayed with Millhorn and followed their advice, the hourly fee's to deal with creditors, for problems we created by withholding payments, would have been rediculous. Nice people, very professional, but definately in business to maximize their revenue per client.
