Mr. Woodard failed to communicate with and counsel his client appropriately. He spent all of 2 minutes with his client before entering the courtroom and failed to inform him of his situation, leading a 16 year old to make uniformed decisions which led to his incarceration. Mr. Woodard was verbally abusive to the clients parents when they attempted to get him to counsel their son in an appropriate professional manner
