I would not recommend Jessica to anyone. She did absolutely nothing for my situation. Communication is horrible from beginning to end. Never returns calls, texts,or emails. She made everything worst and now I have to find a better attorney.She made it seem like she was engaged in the beginning but after our 1 face to face initial meeting I never saw her again.I don't really want to disclose specifics on my case because it is a sensitive matter but I will say this I felt like she was truly fighting on the other side and not fighting for me,her client. I had more questions after the court date and she basically blew me off. This is my first time going through a family law matter and I could never put my trust in her again.She doesn't listen to understand she listens to respond.Do not waste your time with Jessica Tien.

She is unethical and lies. If you are an honest person,you may find a clash of values.

I had Jessica as my Attorney in a custody battle she was the best I had 2 attorney prior to hiring her so I don't know what these people are talking about.

She did the exact opposite of what I requested. I asked her to wait on filing papers, but she did it anyway. She then billed me 1 hour for a 37 word email response to a question I had called about but never got a responde so I decided to email which was a week earlier. She is rude, assuming and not a good people person. Don't waste your MONEY!

Never returns emails, calls and even does exactly what I told her not to do. I asked her to not file a divorce paper until I gave the go ahead and she did it behind my back so she could bill me. Charged me 250 dollars to respond to an email I wrote her, ridiculous, rude and not worth the money! Save yourself time and money and get a better qualified lawyer! You've been warned!
