Words are inadequate to tell how much Mr. Plantz did for me. I’d talked with a number of attorneys but none would take my case. It was too difficult. Without Mr. Plantz it would have been impossible to succeed because it was a difficult case with a very spiteful ex-spouse.
Getting ready for court Mr. Plantz was great. He told me what he needed from me, and always got right back to me when I called.
In court Mr. Plantz was amazing. I was a nervous wreck, but his kindness and encouragement calmed me down. He knew the issue was “am I disabled”, and every time the opposing lawyer tried to bring something else into it, Mr. Plantz pulled it back to the issue. He was also able to show that I am disabled without demeaning me, and it was clear he knew the law much better than the opposing lawyer. As I watched and listened to the proceedings I knew I was safe in his hands. We won!
Mr. Plantz was a blessing to me and I trust him!

Attorney Robert A. Plantz did a superb job handling my divorce. He put in the time and did exactly what he said he would do. I have not had this kind of experience with any other attorney. I did not receive the run-a-round like experience, like I have with attorneys, in other fields. The constant communication between Roberts's staff and myself always made me feel like I was part of the process and kept informed. In the end, what I asked for is what I received! Wow! Attorney Plantz was amazing! Without Attorney Plantz it would been impossible to succeed in court because it was a difficult case with a spiteful ex-spouse. I could not believe how he took control, was clear and convincing. Every time the other attorney raised issues, He shot him down and brought it back to the issue at hand. Mr. Plantz is knowledgeable, competent and very professional. He came to court well prepared. In court he thinks quickly and presented my case forcefully, honestly & effectively. He had to prove my disability and he did so with out demeaning me. He is approachable, a good listener, always got back to me. He is a great lawyer & a real blessing. I was amazed on the out come of my case. I was very satisfied. I would recommend Attorney Plantz to anyone who needs a great lawyer that knows his law. His staff was efficient and wonderful as well.

I hired Robert for my divorce and it was the best decision I could have made. He was not only respectful but talked to you like a person. His confidence and aggressiveness in court was what won my case. No matter what he never backed down. Talks down to clients and has a very smart mouth. He thinks he is more intelligent than his clients, even when the client he is representing has a very professional career similar to his. He performs actions at the last minute, if at all. He seems to think he has morality that is actually contradictory to ethics in his profession. I would not let him represent me again if he was the last lawyer on earth. I considered filing a complaint with the Bar against him for something very unethical he did. I will leave it to the Universe to repay his dishonesty.

Robert has and is still handling my case and all of his work has been fruitful and I am more than pleased to say he has don and is doing a fine job for me and my son who he is helping in getting settled into now living with me, his father, from the situation he was in with his mother. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who would ask for a lawyer to help them with their situation.

I really like Plantz as a lawyer. I am currently going through a custody battle. I have had 5 lawyers total for this and over 20,000 $ in debt. With this said, I have some experience with lawyers. Plantz is has been the ONLY lawyer that I have had that spent the least amount of money on and has been the MOST cost effective. Plantz is a shark, he is confident , and cocky. But with my experience with lawyers and being in and out of court I'd prefer this and look for this quality in an atterney. To me Plantz is great, and the staff as well. Especially Carmen! I would recommend him for anyone having to deal with family law and did to a co worker whom has retained him as well. Plantz is also very forward and blunt, so just be prepared for someone who DOESN'T beat around the bush. One last thing, I saw him in action and this lawyer is extremely aggressive and you don't want to piss him off!

He is a shark. Does not return calls, forgets case he is the first attorney available and the last one to produce. Don't let him rob you he is a sneak and his wife the accountant. You will spend more time reviewing the bill for duplications and missing payments .... be careful with this attorney
