Was more concerned about father's rights than children's rights. He was supposed to be the GAL but was more concerned about the father and if the father got his way. He met with his clients four times. Talked to them less than three minutes each time. But told court he was in constant contact. He literally had a fit in court because the boys therapist wouldn't tell him everything because even the therapist saw through him. He even disregarded what the second therapist had to say because it wasn't what he wanted to hear. This man is not fit to be a lawyer let alone a GAL. The father lost one of the boys for 30 minutes and we had solid proof the father didn't look for him until the end of the 30 minutes. Sholly shrugged it off. The child was barely 6. The oldest, 10 at the time, did same. The other grandmother is supposed to have no contact but he looks other way. She is abusive and went as far as hitting a lawyer. It goes on and on. He hears no one but the one he sides with.

Mr. Sholly is a wonderful attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the law and does a great and thorough job in and out of the courtroom. He is easy to talk to, kind, intelligent and reliable--he always calls back quickly and makes his clients feel they are important to him. He puts his clients first and works for them, always doing his very best to get the best end result. I have complete trust in Mr. Sholly--he has handled cases for me over 20 years and I highly recommend him to others who are looking for an exceptional attorney.

I know a lot of attorneys and I have never met one so dedicated. He really cares about his clients. He also has a good relationship with the other attorneys and judges and knows how to get things done. Additionally, he is one of the less expensive attorneys out there and is generous in offering payment arrangements.

OMG! This man gives lawyers a worse name than they already have. He doesn't communicate. He didn't invoice, even though he stated he would in the contract. The first invoice came 3 months after his termination. He billed every time opposing counsel tried to get in touch with him. He billed for the calls and texts made to find out where he was when he missed a meeting. Then billed me for a call he made to apologize for missing the meeting. After four months very little progress was made on the divorce he was hired to do.

Excellent attorney! He helped my son and I would recommend him to everyone I know. A great person, he really cares about his clients and does exactly what he says he will do. We can't thank him enough and would use him again if we ever need an attorney.
