TERRIBLE ATTORNEY!!! HAS BEEN DISCIPLINED BY THE STATE BAR OF GA NUMEROUS TIMES FOR SIGNING SETTLEMENT DOCUMENTS WITHOUT CONSENT!!! HE IS NOW CURRENTLY BEING SUED AGAIN FOR THIS!!! HE IS A CROOK AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!

A horrible communicator and a Quitter!!! his commercial went to see him at his office! Perry very nice but took only a week to dismiss me and tell me he no longer wants to take my case after 2 phone calls! My child was injured at a Childcare facility and he stated I had been complaining since he met me! So much for him being nice initially!
I believe his is a Bigot and judged me from the start! Instead of not taking the case he just gave up on it 1 week later! Excuse me for complaining I'm only a mother who is trying to get her child taken care of! Do not trust this attorney don't let his commercial fool you! If he decides your not worth a conversation or actual hard work he will hang up in your face and not Help you like he promised! Bad bad business! !!!!

He is very unprofessional,he likes too take he's clients money lies about how much he said your settlement would be after everyone else has been payed. And even when he gets your settlement check he doesn't give it to you right off he deposits it into he's account to make more money off of it. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Seven years ago his paralegal advised me to settle out of court as the Judge assigned had a tendency to throw my kind of case out of court, it was a settlement of $6000.00 and they took $2000.00. Six years later the damage done by my work related injury, resulted in spinal stenosis with drop foot and now after surgery at a cost of $134,394.69 I am still severely disabled. I was done a great disservice by this firm and despite contacting them through email never heard back, as for their commercial about being "screwed over" well, I most certainly was by the Perry Dean Ellis firm!!
