The firm is EXPENSIVE. However , I was fighting for my child. My previews attorney only continued cases and leveraged with me to give more time. I found Jennifer online. My case was completed within 6 months. I won. I find know the going rate money wise, but if you need to have a fair case and possibly know you can win, spend the $. Side note, they do charge for any correspondence...email, calls.

Jennifer was a godsend when I thought I was going to lose my children! She went to bat for me and made sure we had fair custody arrangements in place. My ex and her lawyer were trying to screw me but thank God Jennifer stepped in and made sure that didn't happen. Children need to have a relationship with both parents and I think she gets that. If I had to do it all over again I'd hire her first, my previous lawyer was what got me in a mess in the first place.

Recommended. Was Very happy with Jenifer. Even though It wasn't easy to find an attorney that I felt comfortable working with from outside of the country she put me at ease right away. The time difference made it difficult to communicate at times but I know she made a serious effort by using Skype and email when it was easier for me. She did a good job and I'm happy with how things turned out.

Very smart lady. she was very honest with me during our custody battle, thank God because my previous attorney had blown so much smoke up my rear it was nice to get an honest assesment of what needed to happen. She folowed the plan to a tee and now the kids are with me again! I think she's great. If he ever comes back for the kids I'll hire her again.

This law firm is notorious for chaning attorney's on you without notification. They sent me paperwork to sign and while reviewing it, I errors in the paperwork. I called about this and they apologized. When I got my itemized statement, they charged me for the phone call telling them the paperwork had errors, and then they charged me for the corrections. I have been charged $6000 for nothing by them reviewing and discussing the case among themselves. Now, they want $2500 and gave me 3 days to get them the money or they wouldn't continue on the case. No paperwork has been filed, no information as been requested from the opposing attorney, NOTHING. and I am out $8500. I have had several people ask about this law firm and I can't find one positive thing to say. This has been going on for a year now and they have done NOTHING to represent me once we walk into the court room. Attorneys will make many promises and keep non of them.

I have used and recommended Jennifer multiple times for divorce and custody. I have always felt she was, professional, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. I would rate her tenacity a 10 if I could. When I was anxious and needed talking to she gave me her cell number and talked me into a better state of mind. She's good people

her firm is awful $5,000 thrown away. twice in the same week of court she up the price or threaten to drop us days before were supposed to go to court stating all the money was gone she agreed to let us pay $300 a week and we were after 6 weeks she said there was only four hundred dollars in account then gave less than 24 hours to pay another 2000 or she would drop us and charge us to do so. we paid a total of five thousand dollars and never made it to court. we requested an expenditure report to where all the money went they stated we could get one for a fee which we never received.... even charged us money for an email saying that they forgot to file a discovery... a part of their job

I loved working with Jennifer and her staff. They were all very professional when dealing with my case and treated me and my kids with a lot of respect. Her and her associate kicked butt in court, we got halfway done with trial and my Ex husband's attorney looked so stupid he asked for a recess and then offered us a better settlement than I had even hoped for. I think he just wanted to save face in front of his fellow attorneys as he was getting hammered. He was supposed to be "one of the best" but turned out to be one of the best chuckles I've had in a while. Thanks Ladies :)

She went threw $4800 dollars of my money showed up to the temp. Custody court date Which was the first one unprepared to the point she was telling the court she was so sorry over n over . Found out we lost did not even tell me dropped my case then called me back and asked for more money . Befor that when I called to ask any question I had to leave a message and never got a call back she caused me to losse every thing .

Mrs. Rose and her firm did a great job for me. I had totally lost my kids in a nasty divorce and had only 4 hours of supervised visitation a month, now I have joint custody after I hired Jennifer to do the appeal! :) She knows what she's doing, for sure. Very very happy with her services!
