HORRIBE experience. Tommy takes all questions about my case as a personal attack on HIM and his ability. Was very petty and full of drama. His idea of practicing law seems more about his own fragile ego than helping a client. AVOID at ALL cost. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. HACK.

FRAUD! tells u "best" then fails 2 keep a open commuication with u. U r forced 2 get upset 2 even get a response after calling his so-called office jst 2 hear hes n a trial w a promise he will contct back nvr goons u have 2 email multpl bc no1he answrse whn sum1 does ur chrgd 50 his response He says working on it dnt worry "air tight-easy win" basically Then files w/ court knowing the case will b dismissed due 2 jurisdication issues. We pay a lawyer 2 know the law & protect us as a client w our BEST interest set at #1. So, I tried 2 avoid going through the already back logged welfare system & lost thousands of dollars & still I'm still n the same situation I was when hired him except the fact he refuses 2 reimburse me 4 the MULTIPLE MISTAKES the STAFF MADE. His mistake that caused my case 2 be thrown out. The money I paid this so called lawyer who resorts 2 name calling couuld have been used on my children! I didn't even see the nside of a court room! Do NOT hire Davis he's a fraud!!!!

Tommy is a great lawyer. He is courteous, reasonably priced and actually cares about your situation. I am commenting here not just because his competition has obviously gotten ugly with the anonymous reviews (Check a more reputable site like avvo for real reviews)but also because I recommend him wholeheartedly. Trust me on this - give Tommy a call and talk to him - you'll understand why I chose to work with him and why I am very happy that I did. Tommy Davis is an excellent lawyer!

A truly awful experience with this individual. Provides virtually no information flow while continually billing for menial services such as writing one line emails and caving to whatever the opposition requests. Not proactive and not capable of developing a strategy. Merely reacts to what the opposition does. Avoid at all costs.

I have worked with lawyers in both Texas and Alabama in a divorce case that has dragged on for almost 4 years. Tommy Davis is by far the best attorney I have worked with. Yes, he charges for communicating, but all attorneys do and he is more than fair. Some attorneys only care about billing whatever they can, but he is not one of them. He has never failed to update me on my case. He is the most organized attorney that I have seen. This is extremely important when motions, responses, etc have to be filed with the court. You can also get an attorney that has an inexperienced paralegal do work they shouldn't be doing. This cost me dearly in Texas. Tommy does his own work. I trust Tommy completely. You will not find a better attorney than Tommy Davis

Probably the most worthless attorney I have every dealt with. Weeks at a time go by with no word on status. Doesn't answer the phone. charges 240 to read an email. grants cotinual continuances to the opposition. Do not hire this individual if you are expecting customer service, reasonable updates on status, or the common courtesy of advice on your situation. Probably a member of the good old boy network of attorney's in Alabama.

He charges $40 for a 1-line email. "Whats the status of my case?" Reply - "No change, sit tight." He charges $40 for your email and $40 for his reply. So, you end up not communicating and getting information because you know it will cost you at least $80. His #1 goal is to separate you from your money and he will drag out your case as long as possible to do it.
