My name is Eddie. I was arrested for numerous drug charges due to my addiction issues. I am now clean and sober. After pleading out to my charges with a court appointed attorney, I was detained by immigration. I was looking at deportation after being here 50 years. Ted got my plea bargains vacated, which was very difficult. He then referred me to an immigration attorney who he knew to help my immigration case. They would communicate with each other through the process. Due to vacating my plea bargains, Ted got me a guilty file on all three cases, then I had been accused of another criminal felony charge. We took it to trial, and I was aqquited. Due to all our success. I'm happy and proud to say, I am now an American citizen. ??. If it wasn't for teds hard work, commitment, and knowledge of the law, it would not have happened. He saved me and my family from so much suffering and a life time of unreversable harm and pain. Attorney Barone's experience and knowledge saved my life. My son's mother tried to blackmail with a very serious charge and he was able to help me prove my innocence. He fought along with me to the very end. I would highly recommend him.

When I was falsely accused of assaulting one of my 12 year old daughters friends. I thought it was a joke I soon realized the only joke was the concept that law enforcement/prosecution are concerned with the truth. Make no mistake about it, you and your family are in a fight for your lives. The state is above the law and will lie, harass and play politics to without regard to the truth or humane practices. I spent a year of my life watching the full weight of the commonwealth attempt to manufacture a case against me and watched Ted educate the state attorneys win every hearing and every motion. I normally do not write reviews or comments, but at this time I have to let everyone know about an awesome lawyer called, Ted Barone. He is a great, if not the best criminal lawyer that we could ever had hired for my son's case. When my husband started to search for a lawyer, in the tel. book, he saw Ted Barone’s add and told me, yeap this is the lawyer that's going to proof, the innocence of my son. And sure enough, he was right. Ted Barone gave my son freedom and his life back. My son and our family are forever grateful, he was there to help. Ted is a great attorney and we liked him very much. He took our case and is a great criminal defense attorney-however I only gave him a three for knowledge because he tried to advise us on another area of the law that he was not overly familiar with-we ended up having to hire someone else-overall a great criminal defense attorney
