My father's Estate (intestate) has been in Probate for over a year now and he has filed any paperwork on behalf of the Estate yet. In a phone conversation with me, he told me that the only reason he took the case was to get his buddy a house from my father's Estate. When I informed him that i contacted the recorder of will's and they said that something should have been filed by now. He yelled at me and said that there was nothing to file. My father's Estate consists of two houses and 52 acres of land.
