I have been dealing with this judge / referee Tsippi wray for over a year now. She does not look at evidence, she automatically tries to split everything down the middle. She does not make decisions in best interest of the child. I had cold heart evidence of the other parent being irresponsible and not following the court order and she continues to give him chances. If the other parent has a louder voice she allows them to talk over you. I have had plenty of hearings with her. At first I though maybe I was wrong but agent multiple hearing and having a lawyer join me even they agreed that she was not making reasonable decisions. She even allowed the other party to talk about irrelevant information that did not pertain to the case.

I couldn't agree more with the previous two reviews! With everything they said! Despite even an court appointed evaluator's report is being ignored, making it an expensive waste of time. Does not care about distance between homes, parents' inability to work together, primary caregivers or attachments, or the unavailability of a parent to even be with the child. She insists on 50/50. Despite everything presented that shows who the other parent is with evidence, she disregards it and gives credit to the other parent when the other parent lied, with proof of such. If she is assigned to your case, request a new judge/referee IMMEDIATELY.

I cannot agree more with the previous reviewer. She has messed up more orders, some which we have had corrected. She DOES NOT read submissions, so it is important that you go over everything in the hearing, even if she wants to throw you out, be persistent.

rating as a referee. uninformed and rash decisions, unwilling to listen or consider all the facts in the case, takes the easy way out and splits down the middle without any regard to the real situation or it's impact on families, most importantly the children. she should be removed from her post immediately.
