I have to disagree with these post. The office of Mr. gelmen worked for 2 years on my remodification and never gave up on me. i was 2 years behind and had loss my job for 1 year. His staff was always busy but very professional and very smart about the process. The lender makes it very hard to finish .They got my payment lowered from 2400 to 1600 and all my late on the back . I cant say enough good things Dont believe these posts although i cant speak for them .I can only give my opinion.It was woth the 2500 to save my house

I agree 100% with the previous comment. They told me what I wanted to hear, took my money and didn't do a damn thing to help with my mortgage foreclosure.

The Law Offices of Paul J. Gelman is perpetuating a mortgage modification fraud. I paid the atty. $2,000 for a mtg. modification and was served with a civl complaint for foreclosure by the mtg. company's attorneys. The office had no idea I received it and I called them numerous times to inquire about the status of my mortgage and was told this is part of the process. Now, I have to find a real attorney to represent my interests in court. This is a scam and do not, under any circumstances respond to any inquiries from his office.
