I went with my mom so that she could ask why she had a warrant out and he literally screamed at her to "get the f out" of his office. He later apologized but this man is crazy and rarely shows up to court.

I paid him to represent me for a speeding ticket, after filing a Notice to Appear with the court, the court set a date. He never notified me of it and he never showed up and no one from his "team" did either. I wish I would have seen this website before I wasted the money. Also, he was down right belligerent with me on the phone and stated that I had been threatening his staff. All I did was ask if his office had a brick and mortar location that I could stop by and ask some questions. Wow, watch out for this guy!.

Paid this crook to represent me for a speeding ticket. By the time everything was said and done I ended up having to get another attorney to represent me be because this guy dropped the ball. Save your money and look for an attorney, anyone who sends you a letter after you get a ticket is just an ambulance chaser. What a waste of money and time.

STAY AS FAR FROM HIM AS POSSIBLE! Paid $475 to handle a speeding ticket and all he ever did was fax in continuations to the clerk. Called prosecuted and found out there was a warrant for failure to appear. When I finally contacted him me became extremely confrontational and vulgar over the phone. From speaking with other clerks this is what he does, takes your money, tries to get it plead down and when he can't be just keeps filing for continuations till you miss court date that he tells you that you don't need to attend then be drops you

Mr. McRae quoted me a fix fee to handle a felony charge. After bungling two court appearences and failing to resolve this simple matter, Mr. McRae demanded an additional $500 dollars. Very unethical practice. If you don't pay the "extortioned" amount he will threaten to withdraw as your lawyer.

Hire their firm to represent me in a sppeding ticket, they told me the DA in the case kept postponing, I called the DA and the DA did not postpone, the lawyer failed to appear with the required paperwork. Because of this a warrant was issued for my arrest and my license was suspended. Finally got the warrant dropped, but after paying the law firm to pay all outstanding fines to clear my license, they have taken the money, but not paid the fines.

I hired Floyd Mcrae in December to handle a speeding ticket. I have no criminal record and only a few speeding tickets in the past 40 years of driving. I paid mr mcrae to handle the case in January. Two days ago I found out that I had a warrent for my arrest. Failure to appear... I would not recommend using their service. Now I have to turn myself in on Monday and post bond( first time for everything I guess)

I recently hired McRae to handle a simple speeding ticket. Unfortunately, he failed to appear on my court date and a warrant for my arrest was issued. Even still, he refused to refund my fee until the Office of Disciplinary Counsel, part of the MO Supreme Court, accepted my complaint against him. My complaint against him is still ongoing.

I recently hired the McRae team to handle a ticket I got in Missouri (I am from Kansas). I received a ticket for "following too closely" which would have had a huge impact on insurance, but the McRae team reduced the ticket to a "failure to register" which does not show on my driving record, in turn not affecting my insurance. The McRae team is very knowledgeable about traffic laws. They were VERY speedy in handling my case. HIGHLY recommended.

I hired Mr. McRae to handle a speeding ticket for going more than 20 over the speedlimit. It only cost me $99 to hire him and he was able to get me 6 months SIS. After that 6 months it was like the ticket never happened! My total costs were $165.50 and the ticket was completely taken care of. This attorny is very efficient and his staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone!
