Contacted Ms. Jacqueline concerning a traffic violation I received and wanted her support under a Hyatt legal plan I have. She returned my call the same day and said she would look into whether my Hyatt plan covers traffic tickets (which I indicated I've used it in the past for it and it should). Ms. Jacqueline never got back with me as she indicated she would and I had to go an alternative route. Very unprofessional.

I think more attorneys need to have values and morals. I think Attorney Blackwell lacks that from what Ive seen. I don't care who you represent. You get paid either way..I just think morals should kick in when its for the best interest of children.....

Jacqueline Blackwell Mccracken is a very good attorney and she knows her stuff,she is very caring and will fight for you I have her now as my attorney and she is doing a very good Job. She listens to you and stand by you and fights by your side . I am Proud to have Jacqueline as my Attorney and would not choose anybody else!

I am very disappointed in Attorney Blackwell...she seemed like she was a good lawyer. After taking my son's money, I felt she did not have his best interest at heart nor did she help him in any way. At times I felt like she was working more with his EX's lawyer rather than for him. She corresponded almost always through emails rather than on the phone and really racked up his bill. A couple of times she corresponded with his EX before his EX had a lawyer. Then, she charged him for it. I think she knows her stuff, but did not help him at all...I felt like it was more about the about the money...

she was my brothers attorney 9 year ago for his divorce and custody of his 5 kids,she really knew her stuff and he retained custody. now mrs. mccracken is working for him again, his ex.wife is back at it, trying to stir things up,well i know from the past with mrs. mccracken i have no dout she is the best to be on his side. she also helped my sister with the custody of her 4 girls, her ex husband tried keeping them for a year, and she won the girls for my sister. thank you jackie i wouldnt want to be the one with the other lawyer, ha ha ha you know the only once that write bad comments were the ones on the losing side. thank you again.
