Mr. Oberman is the most amazing lawyer I have had. He was very honest and transparent right from the start and maintained that threw out my case. He was always available to talk even on weekends and never kept me waiting for a reply. He treated my case as if he was fighting his own. He puts a lot of work and passion into what he is doing and never made me feel like he wasn't putting 1000 percent in at all times. The world could use more lawyers like him.

Neil Oberman work hard and fight for you. Late at night or early in the morning or even during the week-end he's always willing to make or change a strategy. If needed, he will be there. Speaks impecable french. Montreal style. Stays on the facts and will not stop until the client is satisfied and will honestly tell you when you are wasting your time. Also, he's at his best in a meeting room when it's time to drop the gloves. I use different lawyers for different task of course. Neil is the one we use when we want to let the other party you are ready for war.

I first met Mr. Oberman over a decade ago. Always well versed, thorough, knowledgable, attentive and insanely sharp memory. When i contacted him last year, he still remembered who i was AND specific details of the original case. I was floored. Extremely fair and forth coming regarding fees, often answered questions without charging. Hello, i hire neil oberman for a case, not only did he give me the worst service every he charged me a rate that didnt make any sense, i gave him a deposit and shortly after fired him. what a terrible lawyer, he cost me alot of money

Mr. Oberman was inadequate in his defense of our case, he gave us very bad advise and in the end caused our business to loose over 2 million. We are very upset and disgusted with this lawyer who does not do his homework regarding his cases.
