I am currently contracted with this law firm. Correspondence initially was being sent to Nebraska, although I live in NY. They applied to an incorrect SS office . Inaccurate information was sent to the Disability office. Although I corrected it before signing and sending it in, office rep said they didn't need correct info in their computer. They gave no guidance on filling out paperwork before SS meeting, saying it didn't need to be reviewed. I submitted MD notes on my own without review. I never spoke with attorney, only his representatives. I lost the case and wanted to appeal. Today, I had a 4 PM phone conference scheduled but rep took the day off and failed to let me know! Too many issues to put in this paragraph!
