Gerard Deltufo did my divorce in 1997..He was the most caring, compassionate man .He made sure my daughter was taken care of.My ex did not want to give a penny..Gerard deltufo went above and beyond to get us the best representation, I highly recommend this guy for any legal needs..He is also fun to watch in court, he knows his stuff..he is a pit bull in the courtroom. .

Gerard L. Del Tufo recently represented me on a traffic violation in Municipal Court. I can honestly say I felt like a million bucks when he appeared, looking like a million bucks, confident, well groomed, knowledgeable, with the negotiated plea already accomplished and in his hands, told me to sign it, and I was completely at ease. We waited a few minutes after that, appeared, and left the courthouse after only about 15 minutes. Thank you Gerard! You are the best lawyer ever!

Gerard L. Del Tufo, Esquire represented my husband in the Holmdel Municipal Court regarding three very serious motor vehicle charges, specifically, driving on a revoked, no insurance and careless driving. Gerard appeared in Court early to speak with the Prosecutor and work out the best possible deal for my husband. To our amazement, Gerard was able to get the two more serious charges dropped in their entirety and the third charge (careless driving) reduced to a charge that carried no points. As though that wasn't enough, Gerard made sure that my husband received the least amount of fines possible. I would highly recommend Gerard L. Del Tufo, Esquire to anyone that was in need of legal representation.

Found Gerard to be very lazy an not to push himself.Never worked on is own.went right from school to work for his father.all about the money an no work.
