This lawyer was outstanding, explaining and answering all my questions i had about my case. Since this was my first offense I was worried, he explained and insured of a good outcome. Mr. Hornsby is an outstanding attorney. I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Hornsby after being arrested by an officer of a central Florida law enforcement agency. I was charged with two felonies, which were totally bogus and after speaking with Mr. Hornsby he gave me the worst case and best case scenario. He was totally upfront from the initial visit, and he also kept me informed during the entire case. The conclusion of the case resulted in both charges being dismissed. In addition to these charges, I was also given a traffic citation, which Mr. Hornsby promptly resolved. It was reduced to a lesser offense with no points on my license. I would recommend Mr. Hornsby to anyone dealing with a potential life altering event. Thank you for the phenomenal job!

We were referred to Mr. Hornsby from another attorney in Jacksonville who was a college of our son-in-law. Mr. Hornsby told us possible outcomes for the case of our family member at the initial meeting. He gave us a best and worst case scenario. He communicated as necessary throughout. He answered any questions we had along the way. His communication was always to the point. Don't be turned off by the fact that he's not warm and fuzzy - that's not what you are paying him for. He got the best scenario results and we are very pleased. It was a huge relief to put the whole thing behind us and to move on.
