My mother was the beneficiary in a trust along with other 6 people. The trustee executing the trust refused to pay my mother but paid everybody else, his reasoning was never clear so we sought legal help from Lawyer Jason May. Mr. May went over the good and the bad of the possibilities, he prepared us for all possible scenarios. Lucky for us, and the excellent work of Mr. May, it only took a letter plus a few phone calls to let the trustee know he had a legal duty to fulfill. Next thing we knew, 7 days after the trustee received the letter, my mother received her funds. We're still in disbelief this happened so easy. I cannot thank Lawyer Jason May for his work and dedication to this case, he not only gave my mother her rightful funds, but also gave her a voice that had to be heard.

Jason is a Law Shark. He does not take deals, unless they are warranted. He and his office are absolutely terrible at using the phone. That is the only drawback with Jason.

Do not use this lawyer, he's terrible. Does NOT return calls, does NOT even have an answering machine, does NOT communicate with client until last minute, he will fight for you. I would absolutely not recommend him. Try someone else.

Had him take care of two things for me, the one that was just an easy bit of paperwork he took care of but the other he did nothing, told me I didn't need to go to a hearing (which I found out I did need to go to but only after the fact ) never returned my calls, and time I did get ahold of him he would say he took down the info and would get back to me and never did. Totally dissatisfied with service and his lack of communication. Seemed to be working more with the rival attorney than with me. Will never let him handle any more matters for me . Total waste of of money and time.
