Went to him to draw up a simple agreement. He then went ahead and tried to turn my agreement into a case behind my back without telling me. Used up my 2000.00 on wasted calls and paperwork. I believe him and opposing lawyer were friends. Sided eventually with my exs lawyer on other matters. All i asked was to write up a final agreement, thats it! Nice until he gets the retainer!

He doesn’t remember what we talked about previously. I think he sold out my case to the other party less than a day before my hearing/discovery telling me I no longer had a case after he had been reassuring me for 9 months as well as the week prior when we were preparing for the discovery, telling me that I had a good case and I would most likely receive a good settlement. He lied to my face after he told me that the other party’s lawyer was his good friend and I should talk to him nicely when I go to the hearing. He later denied he stated that. He is over all not a good lawyer and if you want to waste your time and money you can take him.

He clearly did not have the interest in my situation. once I paid the retainer. I had to constantly contact him for replies, and updates and then received a poor response. He kept asking the same questions, and many times I felt he was afraid of the other party involved. The few times we met, it was like I was starting all over and the end game changed for him but not me. When I finally challenged his motive and second bill (almost $10,000 total), he refused to talk to me til his new account was paid in full. I felt he invested very little time, we achieved nothing and his arrogance was his only strength. If he didn't have the interest or knowledge, he should have been up front from the beginning instead of just charging me for it.

Can't say enough. He has your best interests at hand. Was flexible, understanding, prompt and very honest. Very Knowledgeable.

Worked with him before and he was excellent however this time he clearly did not have the interest in my situation, constantly had to be prompted for replies, kept asking the same questions, couldn't remember what was discussed previously and let the whole case run into the ground which cost me 13000. If he didn't have the time or interest he should of been up front from the beginning.

There is not enough nice things to say about him. He truly is a wonderful and caring lawyer. Very rarely do you find a lawyer that actually cares about his/her clients but this one does. He truly has a heart for the truth and justice for his clients. Thank you Sam for all you have done for us.
