Cody can talk a great line of crap an Buffalo you into thinking he will do everything in his power to get your case done an over with in nothing flat... WRONG had a lawyer Josh when we started 3 years ago with him an he up an left . Then Cody took over. That’s when we should have bailed to. Never ever did a dam thing for our case . Some of his office staff suck . He does nothing an lies to his clients an only wants to more money because he says he needs it to continue on your case .... I will be filing a complaint with the state bar an taking him to small claims court for all the money I paid him an I got nothing out of his services except stress an right where I started when I hired his firm....

This man after having agreed to represent me for a flat fee, came to me two weeks prior to trial and demanded more money, or he was dismissing me. He even allowed a judge to violate due process in a hearing where CPS was telling the judge my childs life was in danger at his Moms. THIS is an IMMORAL man...AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!

The case that Cody worked on was my first time ever needing a lawyer. I wasn't very optimistic in the beginning but Cody delivered on the promise he made concerning my case. His staff was also easy to get in touch with.

I suggested to a friend who has not had a lot of money to fight for his kids and I feel horrible. He does nothing him and his assistant. They soaked my friend dry and did nothing but side with the opposing side. Which has 3 or 4 contempt charges.I pursued this friend in giving it a shot with this law firm and they have done nothing I MEAN nothing. How are all they getting this goo reviews? Are they real people? All he wanted is someone to fight for me. Ugh it really saddens me.

Cody is awesome. I didn't have a ride to the final hearing of my divorce to sign the agreement. Cody actually came to my house and I signed the papers and he took them back together the court house. Just a really nice guy.
