Every time Mr Tindall represented us in court and things didn't go our way, he tried to convience us the Judge is friends with the other parties lawyer. He then tried to say court clerk is friends with the other party. He was always trying to convience us the court is bias towards other party. Used this tactic to convience us to allow him to file more paperwork, thus running up our bill. When court finally had an escrow check for us, court clerk notified him she was mailing it, he told her not to. He picked it up without asking us for permission and billed us for 1 1/2 hrs at $350 hr so billed me over $500 just to pick up a check.
