Never returns calls, didnt stand up and represent me in court. Didnt do any reserch on opposing party. Seemed to roll over and play dead for Judge and opposing Counsel. Not a good attorney for custody. Inaccurate billing statements as well. He hasnt followed through on one of my request. I feel my character is forever scared to this Judge. Barlett had me gather wittness to have them wait in court for 5 hours to end up sending them home. Yet opposing cousel used 4 wittness against me. Barlett just wanted to get day over with, his time is more important then your case and your results.
