Steven was my real estate attorney who was recommended to me by my agent. He did not review any documents, never provided 22.1 for to me and did not inform me about huge problems with building I bought condo in. As a result, after closing I found that I obligated to pay $50,000 in special assessment that will be established in a couple month. If Steven would sent me 22.1 for review or just mentioned about potential issues I would never buy this property. Do not have business with him!!!!
