Stuart came to a small town outside of Memphis, which is known to be sort of old fashioned.By the time hat we were through, not only did I win my case, the judge was getting advice from him..Very good attorney. He really know the lees and fought very to vin my case..

His is very unresponsive and unprofessional. I would have to contact him numerous times before he would respond. Once I let him go as my attorney and hired new counsel, it took him a while to get my file to my new attorney after telling me it would be done that day. My file did not contain all documents and he has no recollection of the missing documents although I paid him once I signed the documents. I should have listed to the reviews before hiring him, a family friend which is also a friend of his, recommended him.

was agressive in court and a gentleman outside of courtroom. when i was tired and ready to throw in towel, he reminded me that it wasn't about me but my kids. I got what I paid for in this attorney

He always answered my questions and returned my calls and emails. He didn't overcharge and got my child support straightened out

He has no bussinness being my attorney never again, what a joke I cant believe he got his licence.

He did an excellent job for me and helped me to gain custody of my two children even against the recommendation of the Guardian and psychologist.

This attorney was very poor at communicating. He would never email or call me back even after several attempts to find-out the status of my case. His secretary cannot do proper math, so my bill would be incorrect. He acted like he didn't give a care in the world about my case, even though I was paying him for it. I guess he didn't take my case seriously because it wasn't some high-profile $20,000 + case. He did not file some of the legal documents he was suppossed to file, so I got a letter in the mail saying I was being held in contempt to court, which was his fault. He had to fix that issue, which delayed my case further. I tried not to be a pushy client, he said for me not to worry about anything and that he would take care of it. Well, he wouldn't make any progress on my case unless I called him several times to find out the status. I definitely do not recommend him. He has terrible "customer service" skills.
