This woman is exactly like the lady in the movie “I Care A Lot”. This woman has taken control over an elderly woman who she isn’t even related to, and put her in a facility. Somehow she took this lady and deemed her incompetent and placed her in a nursing home and this attorney Ms. Seimer hasn’t even visited her. She never even reached out to other family members and most family members didn’t even know she was displaced from her home until months in. She is literally collecting the Social Security Money from this lady to benefit herself. She has created legal fraud. This woman should not be trusted. This woman is a fraud! She knows this is unethical. She has been in the facility since December and this so called Guardian that Ms Seimer has taken the roll of has never not once visited her. Don’t you think if this woman had the older woman in her best interest that she would make an attempt to visit or check in? No she doesn’t because she’s collecting money that’s not hers.

She was guardian ad litem in the case of my child some years ago. I do not believe she truly served my child's best interest. She seemed easily swayed by circumstance rather than the facts presented to her about the other parent. I would recommend a change to your guardian if she is appointed in your case. It seemed that the court system is a game to prolong the cases to make the attorneys more money and they do not care about anything but their own welfare. They make decisions back and forth to drag things out rather than making resolute decisions for the child's best interests. I do not trust Angela Seimer and neither should you.
