Jay is a cleverly UNETHICAL and DISHONEST lawyer. Watch your back!!! Jay tell lies easily and often. Jay is Jays only real client. Jay has the little-man disase, AKA the small-unit syndrome. If you questions his legal reasoning, ask him to explain himself or justify his strategy, tactics or actions, or worse, you disagree with any of these, and you ask him (which is your RIGHT as his client and his BOSS), to do something different, he goes crazy and will throw you under the bus. But beware! He will do it with a smile and no emotion so you will never see his evil coming till it's too late for you. Jay's karma blowback moment is near. Yes, his Karma winds are turning courtesy of the State Bar of Arizona and a lawsuit for malpractice from one screwed-over client. Classic passive agressive pathology. Avoid Jay and save your record. Tell a friend the real story about public defender and failed DUI lawyer Jay F Brown.

Dishonest to the core. He is exactly proof why a recent survey shows that 85%+ of American consumers HATE lawyers. A royal douchbag!

Jay has a public defender contract with Phoenix and when you see him in court he looks professional in his dress and grooming and speaking compared to some/most of the other public defense attorneys. Having said that looks are deceiving!!!: Deeper down Jay, in my actual case, is/was a deeply unethical lawyer as he continued to interview witnsess and represent himself to the court-judge-law enforcement as my attorney when I had clearly demanded days earlier that he stop working on my behalf in person and IN WRITING. I can't be sure the exact pathology behind Jays illegal behavior, but I suspect he likely had to complete a certain amount of pre-trial work on my case to earn his flat fee. And so he thought it was worth willfully violating my demands and the client-attorney relationship to make a few extra bucks. Sad and evil. Even if this was NOT THE REASON, - Jay's blatent betrayal was a CLEAR AZ Bar ethics violation and hurt my case, my finances and my emotional state beyond repair.
