I used Mrs. Russell for my divorce in 2011. I found Mrs. Russell to be a very strong woman who would be honest and fair. She would fight for what she believed I deserved and listen to my reasoning as to why I was filing for divorvce. Mrs. Russell is an honest lawyer who knows her "stuff". She was very open and understanding. I would recommend Madeline Russell if you are looking for a strong woman who will do her best to get you what you deserve in a divorce situation.

Madeline Russell is a very professional, compassionate lawyer who always had my best interest in mind. She is a very fair and forthright person who was very honest with me concerning my divorce. She always responded to my questions and concerns and addressed any issues immediately.I feel very comfortable with her knowledge of the law and her work ethics, so much so that I am having Madeline represent me again. I certainly recommend her to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy lawyer who truly cares about you and your best interests.

Mrs. Russell was very thorough during my case. She always made sure that I was kept on top of what was happening and had all the information I needed to make my trial a success. I believe that she was firm when she needed to be, both with ME and the defendant. She was never intimidated by the other party and stood strong in her beliefs. She was easily contacted when needed to get advice or give information to her. Her secretary(s) were always pleasant and accommodating to my needs. They dealt with me calling many times a day with questions and never seemed annoyed or unwilling to help. I appreciate everything that Mrs. Russell and her staff did for me during my divorce and cannot begin to send enough thanks to all of them.

Stay away! Mrs. Russell made false promises just to get my money. She rolled over on everything! Once she bleed me dry she would not return my phone calls! When I confronted her she said that she had no excuse for her actions. The worst mistake of my life. Now I am paying for it. $2600 a month in alimony,child support and child care for two children plus a ton of credit card debt that i was stuck with. They even awarded her my life insurance. I take home $4200 a month. Do the math. I just went bankrupt. Thanks Madeline for nothing. where is my quality of life? My ex wifes attorney ran all over her at one point I asked her who she was working for? Every promise she made was FALSE! Horrible representation. Every couple of weeks she would strong arm me for another few thousand $$. She even said she would drop my case if I did not come up with more money. I signed a legal letter that I would pay her more money when I get my tax return. She would never return my calls but would call 4 money

This attorney has not communicated with me from the very begining of my divorce proceedings. She does not have the best intrest of the client and continues to be non-objective to the overall outcome in my best intrest. Therfore I will need to start the proces over from the very begining. I would not recomend Madeline russell services to anyone for a divorce.

LOOKING FOR THE BEST... LOOK NO FURTHER....MRS.RUSSELL WAS THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE ATTORNEY YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT TO HAVE ON YOUR SIDE.... SHE IS A CLASS ACT... My divorce has been very difficult for me. Throughout the process Madlline has been professional and compassionate. Her knowledge has provided me with both valuable and accurate information for not only my pending divorce but for my future. I went to Madeline for a free consultation, which ,was in fact free. My divorce has been final for 2 years. The information she provided to me was both accurate and in valuable. All divorces are difficult and mine was no exception. She fought hard for me and I have reccomended her to several friends. Madaline told me when I hired her that it was her job to make sure I was happy two or three years down the line with the outcome of her representation. I would call her in a heartbeat if a family law or custody situation reared it's head.

This lawyer promised me I would be divorced in 6 months and she would have my husband pay my legal fees. He left and took all the money. It is one year later. 3 months after I retained her, my $5,000. retainer which I told her was from a 26% interest credit card was gone. I also told her it was all the credit I had.She told me she was going to put a lien on my home. She was nasty and unprofessional. She insulted me in a motion which I am going to present as evidence for the ethics committee. I fired her when I was going to court and she had not dealt with me for almost 5 months, as I was using a private mediator just to avoid dealing with her. That did not work out. I finally paid off enough on the credit cards, to fire her and give another attorney a retainer. She tried to charge me $100. for copies of my file.
