Judy Bregman "sold" me on my first consultation. I was impressed when she said, stop saying, "He said". For over 33 years of marriage I was not in the "knowing" of my husbands business and Real Estate transactions. I was frazzled , sad and confused. I needed someone to guide me in planning my future as a mature, single women who had been married 33 years. Judy was not prepared when I met with her, she would be looking over my file while I was meeting with her. She insulted me by saying, "I don't have the time and you don't have the money to figure how much this guy is worth". When we went to trial knowing "He" (X) forged my name on over 350k in loans she did NOTHING. She asked him a few questions, he admitted to forging my name. Nothing was done! He still walked away with over 20 rental properties, 1Real Estate Business, a Title Company, at least 2 LLC's and 1/2 of the 401 K.....I get $2000 mo. I paid her what I owed her and hired another Attorney, Thomas Kates. DO NOT HIRE HER.
