This lawyer is a pretender! He pretends that he is listening, that he is working in your best interest, that he will represent you. In reality, he badgers you into taking a plea. He never returns phone calls. It is clear that he just wants the case done as quickly as possible so he can collect his set amount and move on to the next poor, unsuspecting defendant who is unable to pay for a real lawyer!
