We were assigned McNulty by the court when false allegations of child abuse were levied against us. We ultimately prevailed, but in just one hearing, McNulty was able to lose our children to the state (which took 3 months to regain), and had told us we had a year to comply with the agency's reunification plan... and it was up to us to decide whether we would or not. We shoveled out $5000 for a competent attorney and got rid of her.
