David R. Draper claims to be a 1st amendment lawyer but in practice he does not back it up. He said in his closing argument that my protesting and documenting of a business making noise was noise. From what I saw, he was preparing the case while we were waiting before trial. I had been peacefully protesting and documenting a business that is creating a disturbance but he made it sound like I was just simply upset. Even the judge condemned him for not objecting to the way the charges were written. He shows up late for court. The day of the trial he was more concerned about a $400,000 facilitation case than mine. In my humble opinion I made a huge mistake retaining David R. Draper. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for an answer to a simple question. He does not even know the time limits for a criminal appeal. If you don't think 1st amendment free speech is noise then DO NOT RETAIN David R. Draper because he stated on record that he does. Once again, DO NOT RETAIN DAVID R. DRAPER.
