I wouldn't recommend tim Flynn to anyone. He cares more about filling his pockets. He takes the McDonalds approach. He doesn't care about your personal needs and if you hire him for a trial all he wants is to plea bargain like McDonalds. In my case I was pulled over by an off duty police officer when I passed a car in a non pass zone to avoid an accident. The silver minivan chased me for miles and in the end the officer threatend me and I wanted the jury to decide and he conned me Into a bench trial saying his court ties would get an arranged trial. In the end he wanted me to take a plea. I reminded him I expected a jury trial or I'm holding him financely responsible if he lost and he said fine. He didnt help me in trial and his court ties were all one big lie. He manipulated me and I trusted mr flynn. I even seen him shake hands with that very same officer that pulled me over and threatened me before we entered that court room. If I could go back id fire him then and demand a jury t
