I feel with Mr.Graham I was taken advantage of. I was only 18yrs old and came to him to help me in my lawsuit. I was injured in a school in Missouri. A concrete wall fell on me in the girls locker room while getting ready for a basketball game. When I first met with him, I had mentioned that there might be a cap with suing a school and he told me there wasn't! I trusted him to know the law and he let me down. He didn't find out there was a cap until almost a year later. I had already been offered more than the cap was without lawyers. If he would have known the law I would have never entered into a contract with him and I would have gotten the money I deserved. Instead of paying him to do nothing for me! It is not right to take advantage of people who don't know the law. I will never make this mistake again. I was out a lot of compensation because of Mr.Graham.
