	8/10/14	1	1	1	1	1	A co-executor of my father's estate since his death in July 2002 while being suspended from practicing law for 30 days and fined in 2004 and brought up on other charges in this time frame. The estate was handled poorly and took 7 years to settle because he did not update the will nor put things in trust where appropriate. He was my father's attorney for over 20 years with his business. My father confided in me that he had made a mistake but it was too late and he was too ill. By not putting the business in trust and his property he imposed gross taxes on his heirs and business.
