Attorney Tuttman was referred to me when I asked a lawyer friend of mine, who was the best lawyer around that could help my 19 year old son that got into some trouble. He gave me the name of Attorney Alan Tuttman and said he is who he would go to if he needed a criminal attorney. Alan held my sons hand (and mine as well) through the whole process and I'm happy to say that after several months my son is cleared of all "criminal charges" and has his life back.. Don't know what we would have done without Alans help. He is kind and sincere and his price is more than fair for what he can do.. Would highly recommend..

Mr. Tuttman was worth every penny! He seemed to work tirelessly on my case;coming to me with new questions every week. He was always very well prepared and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job preparing me and the witnesses in the case for the stand. His line of questioning witnesses seemed in my opinion to be what swayed the jury during my case. I would without a doubt recommend Mr. Tuttman to anyone and would have no problem working with him again if the situation called for it.

An excellent and professional lawyer. Very knowledgable and committed to you as the individual client. I would highly recommend Alan to anyone looking for a lawyer. I was arrested for DUI and as a nurse both my driving and nursing license were in jeopardy. At first I wanted to plead no contest but after meeting with Alan and hearing how triable my case was it really showed that he was 100% committed to helping me. My son was charged with possession and intent to distribute after being pulled over for a speeding ticket. Alan was referred to us by a close friend who is a civil lawyer. I called Alan and he immediately returned my call. After a brief description of what happened he said he would accept the case. Just talking to Alan on the phone gave me a sense of hope. He met with us in a timely manner -- interviewed my son -- and based on the information -- he rather quickly informed us that there was a good chance he could get the charges dismissed. Alan was great during cross examination -- the process was long -- such is the court system -- but Alan prevailed. The 5 counts against my son were dismissed.
Alan is articulate, intelligent, experienced, and will make you feel at ease. He was always prompt in returning phone calls and emails and always took the time to explain any questions that were raised. I would without hesitation highly recommend Alan to anyone!! Thank you Alan!

After a DUI arrest Alan Tuttman was recommended to me by my cousin (a local police officer). Alan is a terrific DUI/DWI attorney who was referred to me after I was stopped at a Mass Sobriety Checkpoint and charged. Alan assured me that I was not guilty and we could win this case. Alan Tuttman represented me in a first-offense DUI. He was very professional and organized, easy to talk to, and I could tell he was respected at court.
