Mr Tuttman handled my case with great care and professionalism. He is very well respected by the police, prosecutors and courts for his knowledge and dedication to his clients and justice. He was great to deal with did a great job in getting my case dismissed.

Mr. Tuttman was worth every penny! He seemed to work tirelessly on my case;coming to me with new questions every week. He was always very well prepared and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job preparing me and the witnesses in the case for the stand. His line of questioning witnesses seemed in my opinion to be what swayed the jury during my case. I would without a doubt recommend Mr. Tuttman to anyone and would have no problem working with him again if the situation called for it.

My son was charged with possession and intent to distribute after being pulled over for a speeding ticket. Alan was referred to us by a close friend who is a civil lawyer. I called Alan and he immediately returned my call. After a brief description of what happened he said he would accept the case. Just talking to Alan on the phone gave me a sense of hope. He met with us in a timely manner -- interviewed my son -- and based on the information -- he rather quickly informed us that there was a good chance he could get the charges dismissed. Alan was great during cross examination -- the process was long -- such is the court system -- but Alan prevailed. The 5 counts against my son were dismissed.
Alan is articulate, intelligent, experienced, and will make you feel at ease. He was always prompt in returning phone calls and emails and always took the time to explain any questions that were raised. I would without hesitation highly recommend Alan to anyone!! Thank you Alan!

I have used Alan many times through the years for everything from DUI to A&B on police officers. Every case he handled with proffessionalism and knew exactly how to handle each case preventing me from ever serving time in jail.

After a DUI arrest Alan Tuttman was recommended to me by my cousin (a local police officer). He told me that Alan was known as the best DUI attorney and had an excellent reputation because of his success rate. Once meeting with Alan and discussing my situation he was able to assist me. After going to court I was found not guilty by the jury.
If I had any family, friends, or colleagues looking for legal consultation I would recommend Alan. He's empathic, trustworthy, and gets results.

Alan is a terrific DUI/DWI attorney who was referred to me after I was stopped at a Mass Sobriety Checkpoint and charged. Alan assured me that I was not guilty and we could win this case. It was lengthy and expensive and stressful but he remained confident and calm through out and we won together. Well worth the price. I would absolutely recommend.
