I hired him in June of 2014 to do a foreclosure for me to regain access to a property I stopped receiving payments on. The other party HAS NOT fought the foreclosure at all. They've abandoned the property. This is an OPEN AND SHUT case. 2016 is DAYS away and this man has not given me an update in MONTHS (mind you, I've emailed him on average, once every two months, if that). He forgot about my case from June 2014 until FEBRUARY OF 2015 when I started leaving extremely angry voicemails for him. He claims the first available date for my case was July, then he claimed it had to be rescheduled to November 2015 - ok, no problem. Two weeks before the court date I emailed him to remind him. No answer. Again days before. No answer. Two weeks after the court date I left an angry voicemail and got a "I will update you soon, I am out of the office" email. It is now another week or two later and NOTHING. I will be reporting him to the Florida Bar Association. He received a $3000 retainer from me.
