This lady became very irate as if she wanted to fight. As a referee she never took into consideration the facts of the case, she was tottally un professional and disregarded and disrespected a fellow Conrad. It was a very bad representation of what we tax payers pay for. This lady was very volatile and presented to have a personal interest in the case
