I can’t believe these reviews. Andrew Grifka is kind man who listens empathetically My family was flipping out because we had no knowledge of what to do when my father died and we needed to become my mom’s guardian and conservator. He talked us through the whole procedure at no cost. He charged a nominal fee for opening my dad’s estate. Then when I needed a different kind of lawyer he advised me who to go to and monitored my progress answering my questions at no charge. If he says he was in the hospital then he was! Don’t trash a man because he follows the law and didn’t do magic.

Andrew Grifka is a crook and a con man with a capital C. Andrew Grifka is a perjurer and thief who should have been in jail years ago. Now though, the only thing, Grifka will be remembered by is all the above. What a legacy to leave.

He never contacted me until 5 days (2days were Saturday and Sunday)before the hearing for my mothers estate to meet with me and my family members for his appointment for Guardian Ad Litem which I had to disrupt everyone's life at the last minute. His excuse was he was sick and in the hospital. He never showed up for the hearing either but did file his report. He than filed papers to get his money and charged me for that. BTW the Wayne County Probate Court never contacted me either to let me know the original hearing was postponed because of his appointment so we all showed up. He does not even deserve the 1 star but it would not allow me continue without checking at least 1 star. James Eugene Monroe

Grifka is not truthful, he would rather help out another attorney and collect unjustified fees than to protect his mentally disabled client from being taken advantage of. Grifka withholds information from the JUdge to protect another lawyer who has committed perjury. Grifka is not for truth and protection of the disadvantaged.

Very unprofessional, and takes money from poor widows of veterans, racking up these poor peoples bills. Harassing there family & having no compassion on them as they are all still grieving over the death of there beloved father.
