I can say this paul has worked his best for me without an formal meeting...he is my court appointed lawyer in I can say he actually doing his job he was very upfront with me I can say that without formula meeting me he has worked with me on being on time for court and any other lawyer would might have not giving a damn but sometimes we as the people make things harder that they have to fix in we don't take that in consideration??

The lawyers, Paul and Allen were Great in winning the case for my son. The State lawyer wanted jail but ours fought it and won. They answered all our questions and gave my son confidance when he was scared. He now can do anything he has ever wanted. These are good caring lawyers who worked hard for justice.

Paul Stuckle is the rudest man I've ever met in my life. This firm will take your money. Period. That's all they are in it for. They claim to be on the side of those being falsely prosecuted and will give the impression that they are working hard on your case when they keep coming back asking for more money, but from what I saw, they seem to be in cohoots with the District Attorney's office. I cannot urge you enough. Stay away from Paul Stuckle and Associates.

I completely agree with your post.Paul self promotes himself on his website as an attorney who is against CPS and here to help us who have been falsely accused which is contrary to the truth! I felt deflated the day I paid him a 7500 retainer. I left his office feeling hopeless not hopeful and empowered. He, his partner, and even their secretary lied to me on several occasions. They kept resetting the 14 day hearing pretending to be expecting the expert witness which was all just a lie. They didn't care my baby was in foster care. They said my baby could not be place with my husband because he lived outside Dallas jurisdiction which again was lie. My husband's public defender made the motion to get our baby placed with him thank GOD! All I can say about Stuckle and Ferguson in a nutshell is this: "With defense attorneys like them who needs prosecution????" They completely misrepresented me. I do not know how they can sleep at night with what they do to people just so they can pad their

Paul was an excellent attorney, and handled the beginnings of my case very well. He later had another attorney at the firm handle the details - mostly with the ADA & the court. The ONLY complaint I have is that I had a contract with Paul to pay the fees within 90 days of his retainer. I was well within those 90 days when he requested I pay him early. I didn't have the money at the time, and advised him I would have him paid in full by the agreed-upon date. He advised me that his office does not normally make arrangements like this, and replied with an abrasive e-mail. This is THE ONLY complaint I would have, and I take into consideration that this wouldn't be his normal practice, which is why I still rate him highly. Otherwise, Paul was a pleasure to work with, as was Alyse - the other attorney that handled my case. I will be certain to refer ANYONE to call them if you are dealing with a false allegation.

I know that if it wasn't for him my kids would be in foster care. I'm glad I hired him when CPS was investigating us on a spite report. All the other attorneys said you can't fight CPS or just cooperate. or they said you can't fight them until they file a petition... I'm so glad we hired him. I have become pretty active since with parents who have had or have CPS cases. I find his staff to be very knowledgable. Gail B. has put a lot into the fight with CPS, going to Austin working on SB6 (I was one of the parents that went along), standing up for parents who are too afraid to assert thier rights, preventing removals and getting kids back. I know everyone i've reffered has either prevented the removal of their kids or got them back quickly. (
