Would only respond to questions when pressed for answers. Was easily intimidated by defense attorney. Lacks experience in research and discovery methods. Put forth very little effort in discovering information regarding pertinent issues. Lacked knowledge of criminal law surrounding domestic violence related issues. Responded with " I don't know" to important questions regarding domestic violence issues. Focused more on giving the respondent more access to victims of domestic violence.
