I hired David Chow for an IRS Fail I was given tickets for this past year. I had not been drinking and driving, and David was through with all of the information presented.The IRS in Alberta consists of very new laws, and many lawyers are very unfamiliar with the new laws.His communication was professional & polite, very honest. David attentively listens, clarifies information.This guy is amazing! The end result of my IRS Fail was it was thrown out, both for the seizure of my vehicle and the IRS Fail. I was found innocent of all charges. After David performed his job. David, answered any additional questions I had. He is polite, professional, has a good sense of humour and is realistic.

I recently had the opportunity to witness Mr. Chow in action in a criminal case involving a relative. Mr. Chow had carefully investigated the incident with his client and others and had prepared his case appropriately. The logic of the case was clearly presented to all in attendance and in the final analysis, could not be denied by the judge. All possible alternative interpretations were anticipated and addressed in his case and summation. The judge had no option than to decide in favour of his client, the defendant. It was interesting following the logic presented by Mr. Chow and discussing the case with him as it proceeded. With Mr. Chows incredible ability and track record one might expect him to be somewhat arrogant and aloof. On the contrary, David listens carefully to all involved and addresses their concerns in a very caring manner.Mr. Chow invites conversations and clearly explains his thinking process leading to his actions in court. Competent, dedicated and caring!
