Unethical and will drag out a simple process into an ordeal that will take years. Run! Make sure that your appointment is early in the day or he may be drunk.

I am so thankful for everything Shane has done for us, I have recommended him to several of my business associates and the results are always the same. Shane is to the point, says it the way it is. brilliant, smart, calm and a genuine human being.

We have known Shane for years and I have first hand knowledge of his approach with other lawyers. He is a bulldog who you want on your side not as opposing council! The other comments insulting him personally should be an embarrassment to the people writing them but if that is who they are it would largely explain why they had an issue with Shane. Is he perfect? Of course not but he’s the guy you want in your corner for sure.

I love how people throw in personal insults to validate their reviews. Nothing is more idiotic than thinking that somehow an insult about a person's stature or marriage lends credence to your opinion and skewed attitude that "the world owes me something". I am a long time client of Shane McGurk's and the law moves at a snail's pace no matter who you hire. I will say this though, there is no one that I would want in my corner other than him. He's no bull, doesn't jump up and down without thinking first and he's absolutely smarter than every other lawyer in the room - but that's just my opinion.....

Delays, delays and more delays! Impossible to accomplish anything with this very small man. Even his own lawyer wife had enough.

Shane defines small man syndrome. Shane's legal advice was simply the worst I've received. Look elsewhere!
