This was the worst lawyer I've ever had. Terrible lawyer
He didn’t help me with anything, he would never speak up for me and would tell me to be quiet when I had facts. He would talk with the other lawyer and tell me I couldn’t say anything. Stay away from him because she doesn’t help at all.

I was referred to Ira through a friend and after my consultation I immediately wanted him to represent me through my divorce. He was honest throughout the whole ordeal and comforting at the same time. I never had an issues arise throughout the process and my divorce was final within a few months. I still have a great rapport with Ira years later and would not go to anyone else. I also tell others to go to him. He knows what he is doing and will fight for his clients.

Ira came highly recommended to me by another attorney for my post-divorce alimony termination litigation. This situation dragged on for almost two years because of the adversary attorney. I am very glad Ira was my attorney and I was 100% satisfied with his services. Ira’s many years of experience, coupled with his in depth knowledge of divorce law is an unbeatable combination. I wanted an attorney who would be aggressive and assertive and that was exactly what it took to finally have the adversary attorney agree to a fair settlement.

Ira represented me in my divorce. It was very high conflict and the economics of the case were as hotly contested as the custody/parenting time issues. The case took nearly two years from start to finish. After testimony started, the case finally settled but only because we were very prepared for the fight. Because Ira and his team prepared me and the file so well for this case to be litigated, my ex-wife or her attorney, not sure who, begged for the case to be settled. I achieved a strong settlement because we were ready for the fight. As a result, I have shared custody of my children and the economic outcome was better than I originally hoped for. I owe this to Ira and his office. They were highly attentive, communicative and compassionate. I was educated on each step of the process before it happened and, as a result, there weren't any surprises for me, just for my ex-wife. Ira and his office have my highest recommendations.

Ira was recommended to me in the middle of my divorce, when I had to switch attorneys. And he TOOK my case. Not many layers would touch my case with a ten foot pole. Ira is not afraid of anything. He accepted the challenge and, as someone said above, could have scripted the outcome from the beginning. He is smart, funny, knows exactly what he is doing, and to say he is well versed in the law is an understatement. He is very well respected by his piers and adversaries alike, as well as by the Judges is the courthouse- a very important element when u r getting divorced. Ira is a straight shooter, he will tell u like it is, NOT what u want to hear. And he will always make time for u, day or night, and return your phone calls or texts - especially in emergent situations. I used Ira as my divorce attorney 9 years ago and did not realize until recently how thankful I am that he was / is my attorney. Divorcing a spouse is a very stressful time, if children are involved you will most likely always have ties with your X., sometimes making things very stressful. Which is why you need a great PSA. Which is why you need an incredible attorney like Ira Senoff. When I receive a motion from my X, I know that the best outcome will happen as long as Ira is in charge. I am confident that all points will be covered. He is very good. His associate is amazing and they both are considerate as far as returning phone calls & e mails. Ira is a good man and honest. At my initial consult with Ira, he made me to feel at ease. Early on in the litigation after having received all of the financial information, he analyzed it and provided a roadmap for the resolution of the case and told me where he thought the case would eventually settle. He hit the number spot on! My ex spent months fighting to no avail. The case settled - I am very satisfied. I expect my ex is still bitter about it. I highly recommend him.

Upped his rate In The middle of the case. Never returns phone calls. provides little detail during calls. Last minute notification for court dates. As a divorce attorney he is and should be knowledgable. Appears he lost his tenacity along with reputation of getting results.

Ira is not a bad attorney per se but I have a major complaint with him getting back to me in a timely manner. I have had to call sometimes 4 times before I get a response. My bill always comes on time though. He is thorough in that regard. He fails when it comes to returning phone calls or emails. I have complained several times to him and his staff to no avail. I personally would not recommend him to a friend or family member for this reason alone. I sometimes wonder if it was a real emergency...
