Please don't hire him he is terrible. All the reviews you read about him are true. He charges you for things that he never goes over with you about and he does no work for you. He charged me $8000 and literally was just emailing the other attorney, I never went to court and he ran my bill up that high. I'm reporting be to TN BAR ASSOCIATION because it's not fair that he keeps getting over on people like this.

He acted like he was working for me. He told me at mediation he would handle me getting half of his 401k in court. In court he said that should have been handled in mediation. My ex admitted doing "things he shouln't be" in court. He got more visitation due to me going back to school. I had pictures of bruises he left on me and police reports. Cost me $14, 000. Payed $960.00 to take him back to court for contemt of court because in the papers he was to pay half of medical bills and alimony. Which he stopped paying after 6 months. They kept putting the court date off not due to me. They said it would take three months. They dropped me and charged me another $1, 000 for NOTHING. Turned me into collection. That's just the short version. Im paying and my ex is living the high life...literally!!

He actually spoke to my ex on the phone, then worked things in his favor w/o talking to me. Then charged me for all the times he spoke to my ex w/o my knowledge. Crummy. Don't wast your money, emotions or time. He drags it out longer than it should take.
