Terrible Court-Appointed Appellate Attorney. Uses OLD case law and philosophy of middle 20th century law. Does not properly "federalize" brief for future submissions to federal court after state courts deny application for leave. More concerned about protecting a Northern Michigan judge's reputation, than advocating for a defendant's constitutional rights. Would rate 0s if i could!
