Failed to properly inform me of the choices available to me and communicate how those choices would effect me. Failed to represent my interests. Failed to follow through on ex husbands' breaches of restraining order. Failed to communicate and after he told me to tell him everything my ex-husband did, he chastised me for too many emails. I paid up front for filing and trial, but was pushed into a "binding arbitration", so no trial, but he charged me for trial and representation, neither of which occurred. I was not properly prepared for any of the arbitration meetings nor was allowed to produce witnesses.
